Product Description
This LSR is a platinum catalyzed, bi-component, high transparence, high tear strength, liquid silicone rubber. Certified by RoHS, it is specially manufactured to produce baby nipples. Our liquid silicone rubber features excellent elastic resilience, good thermal aging resistance and anti-yellowing property. It is stable and resistant to extreme environments and temperatures from -60℃ to 250℃, while still maintaining its useful properties. Please note that the mixture of the two components has an effective operating time of five days under 20℃ condition. Increasing the temperature will cause the effective operating period to decrease.

Storage
The shelf life for this product is 360 days in a room temperature of no more than 27℃. Once open, keep sealed, store in cool place and consume within seven days.

Usage
Use a static mixer to mix the two components, A and B, with a ratio of 1:1. Feed the mixture directly into an injection molding machine.

Packing
It is packed in 20kg or 200kg barrels.
